Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor, object an uncomfortable feeling of a patient and improve a treatment effect by accommodating the patient in a treatment chamber environment of a high pressure treatment apparatus to automatically compensating for the reduction of oxygen flow rate supplied to the patient without needing the artificial compensation.
SOLUTION: Required gas from a gas source (a) is supplied to the inlet said of a flow rate adjusting valve (h) provided in the environment (f) through a pressure adjusting mechanism 1 to be supplied to a patient A from the outlet side. Then, with reference to the inlet side pressure (y), initial set pressure αis first set so that the flow speed of the required gas (b) is within a subsonic region and, under such state, the capacity flow rate is determined to a predetermined value. The inlet side pressure (y) is controlled by the automatic pressure adjusting mechanism for a change in the environment back pressure (x) of the outlet side pressure in the flow rate adjusting value (h) according to the following equation; y=Kαx+α+x(K:coefficient). Even if the environmental back pressure is varied, the capacity flow rate is corrected to be fixed as K=1.
