Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make a stable supply of wire possible by a method wherein a desired load is applied, through a shrinkage packaging material, to the surface on the upper bed of a coreless coil.
CONSTITUTION: A careless coil 1, wrapped up with a shrinkage packaging material 4, is held with its axis placed upright, and a hollow disk 11 having desired load is mounted, through the shrinkage packaging material 4, to the surface on the upper bed of the coreless coil 1, and a wire 9 is supplied from the coreless coil 12 while the coreless coil is kept under the state as mentioned above.
