Abstract:

To provide a means for cheaply and easily suppressing a drying shrinkage crack of a fresh concrete, which is durable in freezing and thawing and usable in a cold district, and capable of giving densifying property and water retentivity to suppress the evaporation of inside water.

In a method for suppressing a drying shrinkage crack of a fresh concrete structure or a fresh concrete secondary product, the method is characterized by containing a process for suppressing a drying shrinkage crack by applying a lithium silicate-based surface modifying material to a fresh concrete which is wet-cured after demolding and after bringing the wet-curing to an end.
