Abstract:

To provide a method for suppressing emulsification using glycol in a natural gas dehydrator and machines on the downstream side at the treating site of a natural gas field.

This method for preventing emulsification from being generated in a natural gas dehydrator by lubricating an upstream side compressor and a natural gas engine with a lubricating oil containing an effective amount of at least a demulsifier, and a method for lubricating the upstream side compressor and the natural gas engine with the same oil composition.
