Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for suppressing a pulsating pressure in a hydraulic circuit and a device therefor capable of suppressing the pulsating pressure owing to a great flow of a pressure oil in the hydraulic circuit even though a piston type accumulator of small capacity is concerned. SOLUTION: A piston oil is supplied to and discharged from a hydraulic cylinder 17 to blow a punch at a punching press 1 through a linear servo-valve 29. The pulsating pressure in a discharging conduit 49 to discharge the pressure oil in the hydraulic cylinder 17 through the linear servo-valve 29 is suppressed by a piston type accumulator 53. The leakage oil from the linear servo-valve 29 is supplied to a back pressure chamber of the piston type accumulator 53 through a drain pipe 63 for the servo-valve. The pressure in the back pressure chamber is increased by this leakage oil, so a big pulsating pressure in the discharging pipe 49 is suppressed even though the capacity of the piston type accumulator is small.
