Abstract:
PURPOSE: To firmly fix a decorative sheet on the surface of a cement-based substrate and form a transparent clear coating film on its surface in a few steps.
CONSTITUTION: The surface of a cement-based substrate 10 is coated with a liquid coating material 12 and an agent-permeable decorative sheet 14 composed of a material such as paper or cloth is subjected to impregnation treatment in parallel to the coating. The decorative sheet 14 subjected to the impregnation treatment is then placed on the surface of the cement-based substrate 10 subjected to the coating treatment with the coating material 12. The decorative sheet 14 is applied to the surface of the cement-based substrate 10 by the bonding action following the gelation of the coating material 12. The coating material 12 is then cured.
