The surface-treating method comprises a step to treat the surface of a fluorine-containing resin molded article by contacting the surface with a liquid containing an alkali metal, a step to perform the corona discharge treatment of the treated surface, and a step to contact the corona-treated surface with a solution containing a compound of formula (R1)nSi(OR2)4-n.
