Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily synchronize the timing of a destack cylinder of the destack device.
SOLUTION: By appointing a standard destack cylinder, time for the standard destack cylinder and other destack cylinders to require for descending.adsorbing.ascending motions is measured, and the measurement result teaches which destack cylinder causes a timing misalignment. The measurement of the motion time is executed by increasing the counter value of the sequencer per each scan, and the teaching is performed by blinking/lighting of the lamp in accordance with each destack cylinder.
