Title:
METHOD FOR SYNTHESIZING COMPOUND BY SONOGASHIRA-HAGIHARA REACTION USING PALLADIUM NANOPARTICLE AS CATALYST
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2013227305
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a synthetic method with which a compound is efficiently synthesized, while there is no problem associated with current homogeneous and heterogeneous palladium catalysts and activity of palladium is effectively exhibited, in a chemical synthetic reaction using a palladium catalyst, particularly in a Sonogashira-Hagihara reaction.

In a synthetic method of a compound, a Sonogashira-Hagihara reaction is carried out in the presence of palladium nanoparticles prepared by dispersing a heterogeneous palladium catalyst in an alkaline solution and subjecting the heterogeneous palladium catalyst to alkali processing.
