The method includes an action of observing a first battery pack condition at a first supervising speed, an action of judging a second battery pack condition when it reaches a threshold value, and an action of supervising the first battery pack condition at a second supervising speed different from the first supervising speed after the second battery pack condition reaches the threshold value. The system includes a battery containing a cell having certain voltage with electric power transmittable between the cell and an electric apparatus and a controller which can be operated by at least one voltage value of one working voltage threshold value or more and can be operated so as to control a function of the battery pack, the cell can be operated so as to supply voltage selectively to the controller, the method, when the voltage supplied by the cell is lower than the working voltage threshold value, makes the operation of the controller possible.
