The arranged service company 3 selects a road service vehicle 4 optimum to go to the position of the vehicle 1, and the selected road service vehicle transmits the present position of the own vehicle, a predicted arrival time and the like. The present position, the predicted arrival time and the like are displayed (notified) using received information thereof, in the vehicle 1 receiving the present position, the predicted arrival time and the like from the road service vehicle.
