A system executes the steps for: acquiring account information for identifying a dealing account and an area for identifying the monitoring area where the dealings are conducted; referring to a database in which fraudulence occurrence information is associated and recorded for each account and determining the presence/no presence of the fraudulence occurrence information about the dealing account identified by the acquired account information; determining a monitoring camera that takes charge of the monitoring area identified by the area information if the presence of the fraudulence occurrence information about the dealing account is determined; and associating monitoring camera specifying information for specifying the identified monitoring camera with section specifying information such as a counter for specifying a photographing section by the monitoring camera and a photographing time and storing the relevant information in a storage device.
