Title:
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DEODORIZING HIGH HUMIDITY MALODOR BY HUMIC DEODORANT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6245321
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To effectively and economically deodorize a high humidity malodor, by combining a basic malodor deodorant containing active humus with an acidic malodor deodorant and utilizing humidity in a malodor.

CONSTITUTION: A basic malodor deodorant has such a composition that active humus such as fulvic acid, a silicic acid gel or lignin is contained and fulvic acid having oxidizing function in the active humus is reduced and activated by the proton generated when a basic malodor is bonded and adsorbed by non-volatile acids in the presence of moisture and the basic malodor is oxidized by hydrogen peroxide generated by the reaction of the activated humus and a metal or salts thereof when the system transfers to an alkaline side to be converted to innoxious nitrogen. This deodorant is used in a deodorizing tower along with an acidic malodor deodorant having such a composition that an acidic malodor is oxidized by oxygen generated by reacting humus, which was activated by the proton generated by bonding the metal hydroxide in the outer layer to the acidic malodor, and a metal or the salts thereof to be made innoxious. A moistened malodor is sucked by a fan and humidified by a humidifier to be passed through the deodorizing tower.
