Abstract:
To provide a method and system for noninvasively detecting cancer cells selected from a group of the renal pelvis, ureteral and bladder cancers without pain of a patient at high sensitivity and specificity.
The method for detecting the cancer cells selected from the group of the renal pelvis, ureteral and bladder cancers detects reactive oxygen species in denuded cells in urine. The detecting system of the cancer cells selected from the group of the renal pelvis, ureteral and bladder cancers includes means for detecting the reactive oxygen species in the denuded cells in the urine.
