Abstract:
To provide a method, system, device, and program for managing toilets, which allow for more appropriately determining the timing for maintenance of clogged toilet bowls in a toilet room with multiple toilet bowls.SOLUTION: A toilet management method for managing the condition of a toilet room with multiple toilet bowls using a toilet management system is provided, the toilet management method comprising: a usage information acquisition step for acquiring usage information regarding usage of the multiple toilet bowls; a clogging information acquisition step for acquiring clogging information regarding clogging states of the multiple toilet bowls; a congestion prediction step for predicting future congestion of the toilet room on the basis of the acquired usage information of the multiple toilet bowls; and a maintenance timing determination step for determining the recommended maintenance timing for clogged toilet bowls on the basis of the predicted future congestion of the toilet room when one or more of the multiple toilet bowls are determined to be clogged based on the clogging information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
