Abstract:
To improve an effect, efficiency and user satisfaction of a media content distribution system.SOLUTION: There are provided a method, a system and/or a device for controlling media presentation in a shared media presentation system. In one embodiment, a server system authorizes controlling of the media presentation system with a first electronic device associated with a first user. A request indicating availability of the media presentation system for usage by one or a plurality of other electronic devices is received from the first electronic device. An authentication token of the media presentation system is transmitted to the first electronic device. Furthermore, a media control request including the authentication token is received from a second electronic device that is one of the one or plurality of electronic devices. The server system transmits a command corresponding to the media control request to the media presentation system according to determination that the authentication token authorizes access to the media presentation system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
