Abstract:

To provide a method, system and program for exactly evaluating and analyzing a business service relationship.

The method of evaluating business service relationship models of business organizations including a plurality of business service entities (BSE) 111, 112, 113, 121, 122, 131, 132 and service relationship vectors (SRV) 141 to 146 which defines the business relationship between two BSEs among the plurality of BSEs, comprises the steps of storing attribute information of each BSE, storing attribute information of each SRV, simulating the business service relationship model over the whole simulation period based on the stored attribute information of BSEs and SRVs, and displaying the simulation result in order to evaluate the business service relationship model.
