An attendance and leaving box Pbx where each employee is arranged in a 'row' and each of attendance, leaving and business trip is defined as a 'column' and a destination box Dbx where returning time from a destination and directly going home are respectively defined as a 'column' are provided as a partial area on a board-shaped fame Flm, and each box is provided with an antenna device Ant1 that is connected to a reader/writer RW and selectively driven to form an electromagnetic field. When each employee puts an attendance/leaving information tag PTF being sensitive to an electromagnetic field in the box Pbx, the reader/writer RW detects the tag PTF and defines it as attendance/leaving/business trip information, and when a destination information tag DTF is put in a corresponding destination box Dbx, the reader/writer RW detects the tag DTF and defines it as returning time information from a destination.
