This system comprises databases 11-14 storing store and coupon information, means 15 and 16 for presenting store and coupon information stored in the databases to a terminal 2 through a communication line 4 and accepting and recording an application of a coupon with the mail address of the portable terminal 3, a means 17 for transmitting a coupon issuing mail describing a coupon issuing address for the accepted and recorded coupon to the mail address, and a means 18 for transmitting, when receiving an access to the coupon issuing address described in the transmitted coupon issuing mail from the portable terminal, a coupon page to display the coupon on the portable terminal. The coupon is used on the screen of the portable terminal.
