To provide a method and the like for issuing and distributing an examination admission ticket so as to allow an applicant to select an application choice until the day of an examination even after the closing day for application and so as to lower unnecessary labor of the applicant and an examination executor for performing the examination efficiently.

When the applicant sends an application document such as an OCR application to an examination operating organization without selecting the application choice, the examination operating organization registers the applicant in a server computer S and issues and distributes an IT application registration card carrying an applicant ID to the registered applicant, and then, an application procedure is finished. After the application procedure is finished, when each applicant makes access to the server computer S from a personal computer PC connected to a computer network and inputs the application choice to the server computer S after authenticated through the applicant ID, the examination admission ticket is issued through a printer P connected to the personal computer.
