A client terminal 30 retrieves a document management server 20 according to an instruction file. Then, the client terminal 30 transmits data required for creation of the manufacture instructions to a drawing release management system 36 according to a retrieval result file, an instruction record and layout information. The drawing release management system 36 sorts the output destinations according to attribute information of the retrieval result file and outputs the manufacture instructions by a sorted printer 38 or a drawing release terminal 39.
