Abstract:

To efficiently manufacture a smooth outlined object in a three-dimensional free formation.

The method of present invention is used for manufacturing the object by a three-dimensional free formation technology, which includes a change in concentration of a discharge sprayed to form respective object layers 302, 304. The method further uses a fluid discharge processing to compensate visual and structural terrace forming effects on the object in processing, which is manufactured by the three-dimensional free formation system to form sequential layers 302, 304, wherein the compensation of visual and structural terrace forming effects includes a method to spray the discharges 310-320, in a smaller quantity than that of a bulk material region 312, to a terraced layer transition region 306 between layers.
