In a photographing device, a photographing part 5 photographs a still picture or a moving picture with the instruction of the photographing control part 6 of a photographing controller and it is transmitted to the photographing controller 2 through a video signal transmission line 3. The photographing controller 2 adds current information generated at the time of photographing and additional information of the comment of a photographer to the still picture information of the moving picture information photographed by photographing information DB 8 to as to store it. The remote photographing control part 26 of a remote controller 25 acquires video information stored in the photographing information DB 8 of the photographing controller 2 based on current information and refers to it. Moving time for performing pervious setting work by an automatic control manager at a remote place and moving time for photographing a video by the photographer at the remote place are saved and also the retrieval work of additional information is saved.
