To obtain a fermented feed product having high nutritive value for a short period and a long period by mixing dry pasture with leftovers of food, subjecting the resultant product to anaerobic fermentation and vacuum packaging the resultant product.

The method for producing the fermented feed having the dry pasture as the raw material comprises holding in a sealed fermentation tank 10-80% (mass) of the dry pasture or dry ensilage and 90-20% (mass) of the leftovers of food, stirring the resultant product followed by adjusting a fermentation condition and subjecting the resultant product to the anaerobic fermentation and then vacuum packaging the fermented feed thus obtained.
