This system forms a town space on a network and user's rooms are opened therein. A common space management part 20 manages the town space and an individual space management part 22 manages the user's rooms. A user management part 24 manages information regarding users and an action management part 26 manages the actions of characters symbolizing the users. An event management part 28 processes events occurring in the town space.
