Abstract:

To provide a method and system for recovering valuable metals of waste catalysts/waste adsorbents, efficiently recovering valuable metals from waste catalysts used in petroleum refining process.

The method for recovering valuable metals of waste catalysts/waste adsorbents containing a sulfide of valuable metals used in petroleum refining process includes: a pulverizing step of pulverizing the waste catalyst/waste adsorbents 12 and waste catalysts 17 charged in water by means of a pulverizing means 50; and a separation step of bringing the waste catalysts/waste adsorbents 12 and the waste catalysts 17, which have been pulverized, into contact with bubbles in water by means of a separation means 70 to recover the sulfide of the valuable metals.
