To provide a means for directly controlling voice outgoing, voice incoming, mail outgoing and mail incoming using a portable telephone from an application in a PC.

When a portable telephone 1 receives the voice incoming, the telephone 1 itself can respond, but if a Bluetooth link is previously installed to the PC 2, the voice incoming is informed to the PC 2 via the Bluetooth communication according to setting of the telephone 1. The PC 2 receiving the informing sends the informing to the previously started application, displays the incoming on a screen in the application. When the user who is operating the PC 2 desires to talk by using a head set 3, the user sends a head set transfer request to the telephone 1. The telephone 1 receiving the request informs the incoming to the set 3 according to the request. The user starts talking via the voice transfer from the telephone 1.
