A WWW server 120 and a data managing server 130 installed at a rental car agent receive reservation information on a rental car from a customer terminal 100 via a network 100 and the data managing server 130 sends a rental-car allocation instruction to a rental car information managing server 140 installed at a rental car company according to the reservation information. An employee of the rental car company allocates the rental car to a specified place at the specified date and time according to the car allocation instruction and visits a specified place at the specified date and time to receive the rental car.
