Abstract:

To solve the problem where an electronic document, which is authorized as the original needs to be specified and denial by an applicant and alterations in a reception side need to be prevented since both the applicant side and reception side, can make a copy of the electronic document, when an application is made by using the electronic document.

A reception-side computer 4 adds a log 7, etc., including reception time to a received written application 6, and the written application 6, corresponding log 7, etc., are subjected to digital signature together and are stored as the written application original 10 in a storage device. The written application original 10 is ciphered and saved as the ciphered original 12.
