Abstract:

PURPOSE: To control a micromachine by a method wherein required electric power and control data are transmitted as common electromagnetic waves.

CONSTITUTION: In a system, electric power and control data are supplied simultaneously to a micromachine 1 which is provided with a photoelectric converter 5. In the system, the beam of light of energy corresponding to the electric power to be supplied to the micromachine 1 is modulated by the control data to be supplied to the micromachine 1, the modulated beam of light is shone at the photoelectric converter 5 for the micromachine 1, and the micromachine 1 demodulates the electric output of the photoelectric converter 5 so as to take out the electric power and the control data.
