Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for ticket reservation and issue which easily reserves and issues an airline ticket or the like in an intra-enterprise system.
SOLUTION: A user in a company connects a PC 30 to a network server 21 through a LAN 25 to select a ticket reservation service. Then, an airline company selection picture is sent from the network server 21. When the user selects a desired airline company in the picture on the PC 30, it is connected to a corresponding reservation system 10 through an internet 50. Reservation information is sent from the PC 30 to the network server 21, and reservation data such as a reservation number is transmitted from the network server 21 to a ticket reservation and issue terminal 23. The reservation data is transmitted from the ticket reservation and issue terminal 23 to the reservation system 10 through a private line 40, and a ticket is printed by a ticket issue printer 24 in the basis of ticket issue data outputted from the reservation system 10.
