A bank system 20 instructs a customer operation terminal 10 to display an input picture for a demand cancel key. Then the bank system 20 receives a demand cancel key inputted by the transfer requester from the customer operation terminal 10 and accesses a demand detail database 23 as a set of demand records to specify demand contents associated with the demand cancel key received from the customer operation terminal 10. Then the bank system 20 instructs the customer operation terminal 10 to display a transfer confirmation picture. This transfer confirmation picture is a picture showing transfer contents and demand contents specified from the demand detail database are all or some of transfer contents. When the transfer requester associated with the transfer contents is confirmed, the bank system 20 receives an instruction from the customer operation terminal 10 and performs transfer processing accompanied by the addition of the demand cancel key.
