PURPOSE: To take out parts without deforming it, and also, to execute a press working at a high speed by carrying punched parts which have been detained to a punching part of a material plate, to an ejector device, and separating it from the material plate by its punch.

CONSTITUTION: A metallic die 1 and an ejector 10 use in common upper die and lower die fitting plates 11, 12, parts which have been punched by the metallic die 1 are pushed into a punching part of a material plate 2 again, and fixed lightly onto a stage 21 of the ejector. In a punching process of the metallic die, when a guide pin 20 and a stage 21 which follows said pin descend, a punch 27 is projected onto the stage, the parts which have been detained to the material plate are extruded, and the parts are taken out to the outside of a device through a pipe 32. Accordingly, when the parts are separated from the material plate, its deformation is prevented, and since a stroke of the metallic die is utilized, an index becomes two times or more, and the parts can be taken out without being limited by a feed of the material plate.
