Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the inside of a sealed container clean and protect an electronic part against dirt and dust by making a container for receiving both a part supplying reel and a reel for winding a taken-out tape in a sealed structure and providing a shutter mechanism which can be opened/closed at a take- out port of the part.
SOLUTION: A tape 1 with electronic parts 2 packaged with equal intervals, a first reel 3 and a second reel 4 for winding the tape 1 are entirely received in a sealed container 12. The sealed container 12 is made into a sealed structure to prevent dirt and dust from entering from outside. A highly airtight shutter 13a which can be opened/closed is provided at a take-out port 13 of the electronic part 2. Inert gas such as nitrogen or helium is filled inside the sealed container 12 from a gas inlet 14. The inert gas is constantly filled during use to keep the inside of the container 12 at 1atm. (absolute pressure), thereby preventing dirt and dust from entering from outside even if the shutter 13a is opened/closed.
