Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce a required man power while preventing interference with a strut or the like when teaching transfer data.CONSTITUTION: Transfer data is acquired and stored in such a manner that a carrier performs transfer operation to one transfer position among plural transfer positions, which are mutually and integrally fixed, on the basis of tentative transfer data. When acquiring transfer data, a tolerance of the tentative transfer data at a transfer position where transfer data is measured is determined, and the tentative data to a transfer position where next transfer data is acquired is so corrected as to cancel the determined tolerance. Then, based on the corrected tentative transfer data, transfer data to a transfer position where next transfer data is acquired is acquired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
