To provide a method for regulating temperature of culture medium in tomato cultivation comprising a system for cooling culture medium in tomato cultivation, by which the culture medium can be appropriately cooled when growing tomatoes in a greenhouse through a culture-solution trickle flow method using the culture medium comprising rock wool or the like.
The system for cooling culture medium in tomato cultivation comprises using culture medium 11 comprising rock wool or the like, and trickling and flowing the culture solution on and through the culture medium 11 to cultivate the tomatoes T in a greenhouse 10: wherein the culture medium 11 is put on a lid-attached metal tub 16, and cool water w is supplied to the lid-attached tub 16 to cool the culture medium 11.
