Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve execution, tension fixation and reliability by attaching a tension fixation device to the end of a yarn-composed rope material having high strength.low elongation, reinforcing and furnishing rotation stop.

CONSTITUTION: A steel twisted rope 2 is wound in given length on the end of a yarn-composed rope material 1 having high strength.low elongation to form a grip part 3. The grip part 3 is engaged with a sleeve 7 to relatively stop rotation and the yarn-composed rope material 1 is stretched through the sleeve T by a Jack 13, etc., and fixed to provide a tension fixation method. This tension fixation device 1 is equipped with a fastening fitment 5 which holds and fastens the base part of the grip part 3 formed by winding the end part of the yarn-composed rope material with the steel twisted rope 2, the sleeve 7 having a flange 8 which is engaged with the grip part 3 and latches the fastening fitment 5 to prevent the rotation of the sleeve and a check pin 12 which is inserted into a ring-shaped part 3a formed at the tip of the grip part 3 and brought into contact with the flange 8.
