Abstract:
To provide an adjusting method for an exposure head for a printing manuscript exposure which can be implemented in a shorter period with sufficient accuracy and reliability.
(a) A test exposure is implemented and meanwhile each exposure head records a test form 50 having a test field 51 and a background surface in its recording band. (b) The face occultation rate recorded on the background surface 52 of the test form is visually compared with the face occultation rate recorded on the test field of an adjacent test form. (c) From the difference of the face occultation rate of the adjacent test form, a correction value against the laser output power of a laser module at the exposure head is calculated.
