Abstract:
PURPOSE:To test all measurement results by cutting a plate type member in a sectional shape of the three-dimensional image, displaying the position of the sectional shape on the three-dimensional image, and making the remaining female pattern after the cutting correspond on the three -dimensional image. CONSTITUTION:The sectional shape of the three-dimensional image 4 is measured and the plate type member 18 is cut according to the measurement result. A hole 29 is formed in the member 18 by cutting a shape plate corresponding to the three-dimensional image 4 and the remaining part is the female pattern 18a. When the member 18 is cut, a cut 33 is formed in the female pattern 18a at an X-axial position as a reference for a plane parallel to an X-Y plane. This cut 33 is matched with a longitudinal slit part 30 displayed on the three- dimensional image 4 and the top or reverse surface of the female pattern 18a is matched with a lateral slit part 31 displayed on the three-dimensional image to accurately position and test the female pattern 18a on the three-dimensional pattern 18a.
