PURPOSE: To maintain threatening effect over long period and suppress damage of objective product to be protected such as field crops, by sending out light to birds and beasts approaching the above-mentioned objective product to be protected and threatening the birds and beasts.

CONSTITUTION: When a harmful animal such as bird or wild monkey approaches to objective product to be protected such as field crops or trees of orchards, light is sent out to threaten the above-mentioned harmful animal and the threatening effect is maintained over a long period and such damage as to devastate the above-mentioned objective product to be protected by the above-mentioned harmful animal is suppressed.
