Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate pattern distortion in forming and to form a flat metallic thin sheet into a desired three-dimensional shape without breaking the sheet even when finely worked by press-forming the sheet printed with a pattern into the three-dimensional shape and then etching the sheet.
CONSTITUTION: A photoresist film 2 is formed on the surface of a metallic thin sheet 1, the pattern 3 is printed, a protective film 4 is applied on both sides of the sheet 1 to prevent the damage of the pattern, and the sheet is press-formed to obtain a three-dimensional material 5 having a deformed part 5a. The protective film 4 is then removed, the material 5 is dipped in an etchant and etched, and an etched product having a bored part is obtained.
