Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove burrs produced at an intersecting part of two holes certainly during the boring process.
SOLUTION: When a first hole 1 is to be machined, a minor diametric part 1b having a dimension (b) smaller than the finish dimension D is formed (S1), and a second hole 2 intersecting the first hole 1 is passed open at the minor diametric part 1b, and burrs 4 are produced in this part 1b (S2), and then a tool 10 equipped at the tip with a guide part 14 is cut into the minor diametric part 1b with the aid of the guide part 14 (S3) and the burrs 4 are cut away by the tool 10 on the way of the finish machining for the first hole 1 (S4).
