Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make printing speed variable, to minutely regulate viscosity of printing ink and to prevent generation of a printing unevenness.
CONSTITUTION: Since viscosity of solder cream 5 is in a high state for several seconds after a squeegee 4 starts transfer, the pressure of the squeegee 4 is increased by slowing speed of the squeegee 4 and the viscosity of solder cream 5 is lowered. The pressure of the squeegee 4 is exerted to the solder cream 5. The viscosity of solder cream 5 is soon lowered and fluidity is sufficiently increased. Accordingly the regulation valve 10 for the amount of air is so regulated that the viscosity is not lowered to the specified value or below and speed of the squeegee 4 is held at the specified value.
