To provide a method for efficiently transporting, storing and using a natural gas because an LNG (liquefied natural gas) plant for liquefying the natural gas, a transport means such as an LNG ship for transporting the natural gas at an extremely low temperature and storage facilities capable of being stored are required and a construction cost for facilities and a running cost therefor are then increased when transporting, storing and using the natural gas as the LNG.

The produced natural gas is mixed and brought into contact with water at the prescribed temperature over the equilibrium pressure to generate a hydrate thereof by hydrating and a flammable slurry medium is added to the hydrate to synthesize a hydrate slurry fuel. The hydrate slurry fuel is transported to the prescribed place and stored thereat.
