Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost by reducing the amount of sodium hydroxide necessary for the treatment of exhaust gas and the amount of an acid or an alkali to be purchased necessary for the treatment of ash.
SOLUTION: HCl gas in exhaust gas discharged from a refuse incineration facility is absorbed temporarily in a cleaning liquid of an HCl concentration of 0.04-10 wt.% in a first cleaning column 1, the cleaning liquid is charged in a electrophoresis tank 3, and a high purity HCl solution is recovered. The HCl solution is supplied to a dissolution tank 30 to prepare a solution, and ash discharged from the refuse incineration facility is charged in the solution and agitated to produce a suspension. A separated liquid obtained by removing a solid residue from the suspension is brought into contact with a carrier 44 to which a lead component is bonded, the separated liquid from which the lead component is removed is charged in the first deposition tank 36 and insolubilized, and a zinc component is recovered. The lead component bonded to the carrier 44 is eluted into an eluent, and the eluent is charged in the second deposition layer 37 and insolubilized, and the lead component is recovered.
