To obtain a lead recovered matter of high quality from cement kiln combustion gas extracted dust at a low cost.
A combustion gas including dust whose lead content is increased is extracted from a kiln exhaust gas flow passage from the bottom of a cement kiln to the lowermost stage cyclone, so as to recover lead from the dust, or, a combustion gas is extracted from the above kiln exhaust gas flow passage, and the lead content in the dust included in the extracted combustion gas is increased, so as to recover lead from the dust. Since, after the recovery of the dust having a high lead content, lead is recovered from the dust, a lead recovered matter of high quality can be obtained at a low cost. Regarding the dust having a high lead content, it is also possible that the dust included in the combustion gas extracted from the kiln exhaust gas flow passage is classified for one or more times, so as to be fine powder, or a reducing atmosphere is formed in the cement kiln, and the dust is made into the one included in the combustion gas extracted from the cement kiln exhaust gas flow passage where the reducing atmosphere is formed.
