Abstract:
To provide a method for separating components (oil and fat, protein, saccharides, etc.), contained in oilseeds.
This method for separating the components (oil-and-fat, protein, saccharides, etc.), contained in oilseeds involves subjecting the oilseeds to treatment for converting them into a unicellular form; particularly, this method is intended to produce the oil-and-fat by subjecting the oilseeds to water treatment and hot water treatment to extract the protein and the saccharides followed by lyzing cell wall with a relevant enzyme.
