Abstract:
To provide a soil treatment method for reducing the elution amount of heavy metals from soil containing heavy metals, a soil reutilizing method for reutilizing treated soil and a heavy metal elution reducing material capable of reducing the elution amount of heavy metals.
The methods for treating and reutilizing soil are characterized in that a lime-based treatment material containing carbide slag containing calcium hydroxide, gypsum and a silica or alumina inorganic filler is added to soil containing heavy metals and effective for reducing the elution of heavy metals such as hexavalent chromium, lead or the like. The heavy metal ellution reducing material contains carbide slag containing calcium hydroxide.
