Abstract:

To provide a simple device at a low cost for improving soft soil.

Soft soil pumped up on an agitating lattice installed in a body and a solidifying agent are dropped, the number of contacts between the agitating lattice and soft soil is increased by supplying compressed air from the inner bottom section of the body and soft soil on the bottom section of the body is pumped up repeatedly and dropped on the agitating lattice and in this way soft soil is improved.
