Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a synthetic resin molding which does not fuse even when long heated, does not cause the transfer of surface, and is useful for an insulating cover layer of an insulated wire by coating the surface of a polyolefin resin molding with a silicone and specifically treating the molding.
CONSTITUTION: The surface of a polyolefin resin molding (e.g. an insulating cover layer 12 of a cross-linked PE resin formed around a conductor 11) is coated with a silicone 13 (e.g. a silicone oil) and exposed to radiation.
